Palm Trees is a beautiful luxury 4 bed villa, with large pool and garden. The villa is professionally furnished to a very high and comfortable standard. Our local management team keep the villa spotlessly clean. It is very spacious ( larger than most 5 bedroomed villas ) and very well equipped for up to ten people - you won't need to keep putting the dishwasher on because you've run out of mugs !!!. Palm Trees is in the peaceful Four Corners community. It is ONLY 10/15 MINUTES FROM DISNEY, and 5 min from Champions Gate golf complex.There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. OUR NEW CONCIERGE SERVICE means a take away, taxi or anything else you need is only the push of a button away. The villa has a WiFi Internet system - just bring your laptop.


Living Areas:
Downstairs the main living area is open plan. There are two separate lounge areas with a double sofa bed ( beds 9 and 10) and entertainment centre with large flat screen TV, DVD player and films, in one section. There are plenty of comfortable sitting areas and two dining areas. The fully equipped, kitchen has a fridge/freezer, micro-wave, dishwasher, full cooker, coffee maker etc ( yes there is a tea pot!). and breakfast bar for quick snacks. From the kitchen and dining area patio doors lead out to the large pool with underwater lighting and garden. The pool has a removable child safety barrier,optional heating, a cover to retain heat in the winter. There is a gas B.B.Q and garden furniture on the decking. There is also a shower room and utility room with a washing machine and drier.


Master Bedrooms:
Upstairs the spacious master suite has a majestic, very comfortable, Californian king sized, four-poster bed, cable television, DVD player, full bathroom - with bath and walk in shower, and a dressing room.


Other Bedrooms:
There is a second Queen double room with cable TV. There are two twin bedrooms one of which has a Disney theme with coloured lights, Mickey curtains, TV and DVD player with children's films.


Exterior:
POOL AREA Palm Trees has a large private 27' pool - with optional heating and a cover to keep the water warm in winter. The decking area has loungers, tables and chairs for out-door eating. There is a gas B.B.Q. The pool has a removable child safety net. Beyond the pool area is a large garden. The large lawned area to the rear gives the pool an open sunny aspect. An ideal place to spend warm evenings, relaxing after a day at the parks or on the beach. There is also a new GAMES ROOM with table football. pool table, darts, PS2, child's 20' bicycle


Location & Surroundings:
Palm Trees is ideally situated only 10 to 15 min from Disney but in a peaceful community on the H27. The area around Four Corner has a great choice of shops and restaurants. The villa is only a couple of minutes from an I4 junction and therefore ideally placed for trips to both the west and east coasts of Florida (about 90 min drive to either coast).
