Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 10 adults including 2 on the sofa-bed), 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, cable television, DVD and a screened pool which can be fully heated (charges apply).
Walt Disney World is just a 10 minute drive away, while many of Orlando's other world famous attractions such as Sea World and Universal can be reached with-in 25 minutes. If you like Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. Just a few minutes away is the superb Champions Gate golf club which is comprised of two full size courses designed by Greg Norman and includes the David Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius.Located just outside the Tuscan Hills community you'll find the nearest bank, petrol station, 24 hour hypermarket, local bars and restaurants, shops, and family attractions all close by. On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with Gym, Tennis Court, Children's Tot Lot, and Beach Volley Ball Court. There is also a fantastic restaurant.
Living Room.The spacious open plan Living room contains 2 large luxurious sofas.Patio doors allow direct access onto the pool deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight and a good view out.
To keep everyone entertained you will find a large screen cable TV and DVD system and a play station. One of the sofas can be easily transformed into a queen sized bed.
Kitchen & Laundry Area.The large modern fully fitted kitchen adjoins the Dining area and comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine/washing machine/tumble drier/ Crockery/cutlery/ Coffee Machine.A breakfast bar has enough seating for two people.Bed linen and towels are provided.In the Kitchen is a telephone from which all calls are free.
Dining Room.This area contains a large table and eight chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual dining.
Bedrooms :4 large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. 2 of the bedrooms are Master suites and 2 are Twin rooms. If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Living Room.
The first Master Suite is located on the ground floor and has a Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower, twin basins and a large vanity mirror. Additional luxuries include cable television, hairdryer and clock radio, and a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck. There is also a small cloak room located on the ground floor.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are all upstairs. The guest master suite has a Queen sized bed and a good sized en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower and a luxurious corner bath tub. Both Master suites have a large walk-in closet.Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds. A built-in closet and drawers in bedroom three and a walk-in closet in bedroom four provides plenty of storage space. Located conveniently next to bedrooms three and four is the homes third bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside and will ensure you get a good nights sleep. The villa also has the added benefit of ceiling fans in both master suites.
Pool & Spa Area.Our villa has its own private 13 x26 ft pool & spa. It is surrounded by an oversized patio furnished with chairs, a table, and sun lounges.The pool deck includes a covered lanai, with additional ceiling fans.The pool can be fully heated at an additional daily charge. There is also a toilet that can be accessed straight from the pool area to avoid a walk through the villa to reach one of the bathrooms.The pool deck is fully screened which helps keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in anyway. Our management company services the pool weekly in order to keep it to the highest standards, and a pool cover is available to help keep the water heated when not in use.
A pool alarm is fitted to provide additional piece of mind should young children be staying at the villa.
Our Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day. Available services include meet and greet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these services can be provided on application.
