Green View Villa is fully air conditioned with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and equipped with you in mind for the holiday of a lifetime. We appreciate people now want to keep in touch with others whilst away or find the latest local information which is why we are a free high speed wwi fi zone and a desktop with broadband is also aavailable for use. The villa is located on the attractive and demanding golf course at Southern Dunes and has quick easy access to all the theme parks, airport, coasts and all central Florida's many and varied attractions.
Accommodation comprises large spacious great room with a high ceiling and ceiling fan. This are is split into a formal dining area, informal dining nook with views over the pool and golf course, comfortable lounge area again with beautiful views and a kitchen which is equipped with all major appliances and well stocked even down to the electric can opener!
The home is ideal for two family groups as there are 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites, 2 twin bedded rooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Master suite at the back and has patio doors to the lanai and pool area coupled with views of the course. Doors lead to a walk in closet with safe and the other to the en suite bathroom, hairdryer provided, which doubles as a pool bathroom. This room has a large walk in shower, basin with vanity unit.
Master suite at the front also has an en suite bathroom, hairdryer provided, with bath with shower over. There is also a very large fitted wardrobe.
Twin bedrooms - there are 2 bedrooms each with twin beds which share the third family bathroom. These rooms also have plenty of storage space.
Full laundry facilities with a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board are also provided.
Young guests are catered for with a highchair, buggy (stroller) and cot.
Entertainment includes televisions in all rooms, multi region DVD player, CD player with radio, Playstation 2, a selection of books and games suitable for all ages. A games room contains air hockey, football table and electronic darts board.
The covered lanai and pool have wonderful views of the course which provides the perfect backdrop for alfresco dining. A BBQ is provided free of charge. A child safety fence is also in place to separate the pool from the lanai.
