Why should I become a QuickVillas Early Adopter?

Our policy is to be straightforward and open with our customers. We are offering the QuickVillas Early Adopter program to you because it is good for our business and yours. The Internet is a hard place for a new business. No one wants to pay to be listed on a website that gets no traffic, but the only way to get traffic is to have enough listings that people and search engines want to visit. It's a Catch-22 which we are hoping you will help us solve. By offering you and others like you a free year of membership, we can get the traffic we need to sell memberships to other vacation property owners.

Early Adopters will get top priority with technical support. In addition, we will listen very closely to your usability concerns and feature requests. You will have the opportunity to shape QuickVillas into the vacation property listing site that will perfectly balance the needs of the owners with the needs of the vacationer. QuickVillas was designed by experts in usability and is technically superior to other vacation listing sites. Vacationers will choose to use the site that is the most intuitive and provides high quality results.

By becoming an Early Adopter, you will avoid the market cap. Many other property listing websites devalue your listing by having no market caps. When a vacationer searches for a property, they may find thousands of matching properties -- yours may be on page 10 or page 100! We limit the amount of vacation properties that we accept in a given location so that searches return a managable number of results for vactioners. This means that your villa gets seen more often. By signing up now, you can avoid being wait-listed due to market caps.

Snag a prized "Featured Listing" spot. Currently we only offer between 2 and 10 Featured Listings in each area. Every time a vacationer searches or browses that area, they will see one of those Featured Listings. Grab one while they are still available.

How long will you be offering this program?

We will be offering free one-year memberships until we meet our search engine and traffic goals. We anticipate that this will happen when we have between 20 and 50 vacation properties listed. After that, we will still be offering 30-day free memberships to everyone.

Will I get charged at the end of the year?

No. QuickVillas does not have an automatic renewal plan. In fact, we only collect credit card information if you actually purchase a listing renewal. We never store this information (except for the last 4 digits of the number) and will not make any charges to your card without your approval.

I have more than one vacation property; do I get a free year for each of them?

Sorry, no. The first listing you create will have the free year applied to it. You may purchase listings for the other properties.
